The first several visits are considered an assessment period. During this time, we both decide whether the relationship is a good fit and provides a clinically appropriate level of care. New patients can expect full transparency from me on the plan for follow-up visits and will be encouraged to share their thoughts on this. Patients are responsible for the full payment at the time of each visit if self pay.

I am an out of network provider. Patients are responsible for full payment of services at the time of each visit. Fee schedule is transparent, and there will be no additional costs beyond the full charge of the appointment. I provide a superbill (medical receipt) that can be submitted to insurance for a potential reimbursement. I recommend that all patients check directly with their insurance to find out what portion of the appointment may be covered. Please review your protections against surprise medical bills here. I do not accept Medicare or Medicaid.

No-shows or appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will be subject to the full fee of the appointment.
